The staff was wonderful. Therapy was great. I would definitely come back to this facility if I had to.

I love this facility. The staff was great. The CNA and nurses treated me well. Therapy was super great. The food was good. I even gained a couple of pounds. If anything every happens and I have to go for long-term care. I would choose this place.

I appreciate them and the work they do. My father was a patient with them and the care team and staff treated us with respect and kept us informed at all times. It was also very nice to see them call him by name and greet him with a hug and to do the same with my family and I.

The staff is, for the most part, friendly and very helpful. Those I worked with while my loved one was there were mainly Emily, Jessica, Kesha, and Tameka who were wonderful, answered all of my questions, and provided lots of support. Kudos to the physical therapy staff also! The facility itself is in much need of repair and update; I was told that is about to happen. The staff works hard and appears to be short staffed, most all of them were very patient and kind in dealing with my loved one who also has dementia.

My mother is recuperating and receiving physical therapy here. We could not readily get a bed in any of the Wilmington facilities where she lives, so we landed here and I couldn’t be more grateful. Although they may be a bit understaffed the administrators and staff have been very helpful, understanding and pleasant and the physical therapists have been amazing, my mother loves working them and we have already seen positive results from their efforts. It’s a bit of a drive for us and the facility itself is a bit outdated but the therapists and staff give it a homey feel that helps patients feel comfortable. I’m glad we were able to do our physical therapy here!

I am a current resident and I have been here for over a month. I am here for wound care and therapy, I'm a recent bka. The staff that I have interacted with for the most part have been kind and courteous. The CNA Sharon is one of the highlights of my day. The PT and OT staff actually have been fantastic and care about my progress. The wound care nurse Cathy is a treasure she is awesome with my wound vac dressing. The facility staff will acquiesce almost every reasonable request.

Staff was great to me and I really enjoyed my stay. I would stay again.
