I cant even describe the disgust i have with this doctor and the office personnel here. Do to there mistake they told a women that has been in constant pain for almost a year that they refuse to see her because she was on time for her appointment. Yes what you just read is correct. They refuse to see her about her medical issues over a mistake they caused. The person upfront out right told her that they do not do reminder phone calls. Come to find out not only do they do reminder phone calls its automated. So the person upfront lied. The fact any Doctor in the medical field would refuse to see some one in pain because of a simple mistake *again that they made* is disgusting. I truly hope who ever deals with medical licensing will look into this office. And for all of you who have pain or a medical condition that this office would normally deal with, to please be careful this office does not have your best interest at heart.

Dr. Vyhmeister is phenomenal! His knowledge and expertise was exactly what I needed to find out why I’ve been struggling with pain. He gave excellent advice on everything from vitamins and minerals to deal with my arthritis to ways to prevent further damage, to ways to alleviate the pain. He is not a “slice and dice” surgeon eager to suggest surgery but gave me the options available if the supplements and modified activity doesn’t help. I’m so thankful that we have such an amazing hand specialist right here in the Kenai Peninsula.

I had an injury to my hand caused by a dog bite. My hand was extremely swollen and due to circumstances I was very upset. The staff was extremely kind as well as the doctor. The visit, testing and results were reasonable in length, office very clean, all staff was very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to see them again if the need arose.

The most inept office you will find in the state. Every post surgery referral made by the surgeon was not scheduled by the office. They could have the best surgeon in the world but, with the unprofessional at best office staff, they are failing their patients.

Dr. V had my appointment for nearly two months, then a day before the appointment canceled and said I needed to be seen at a "bigger medical facility." Pretty lousy treatment.
