I cannot say enough good things about Kelly! I would highly recommend her to anyone. I started seeing Kelly after have two babies very close together in age. I was experiencing significant back pain and a fatigue. 8 months later, my back pain is gone and I am able to all things I could before having kids. So grateful. Kelly is knowledgeable and a wonderful teacher. She taught me so much more than just a workout routine. I truly understand how to listen to body and tailor my fitness to my actual needs AND I know how to play the long game with my health. Last - I never felt like Kelly was taking advantage of my allotted visits for insurance. She tailored my plan to fit my needs and didn’t push me to come three times a week just because my insurance would cover it.

Dr. Kelly Cross at Biomechanic & Rehabilitation-best experience with a specialized therapist I’ve ever had. Extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding, patient, and a great personality. While she treats all parts of the body, she’s specially trained in the treatment of pelvic pain, urinary urgency, incontinence, etc. The staff are friendly, we’ll organized, the clinic is very clean and modern. Conveniently located in Johnson, just north of Fayetteville. I’d highly recommend Dr. Kelly Cross. After months of pain, I feel great! Thank you Dr. Kelly!

Dr. Cross is a wonderful physical therapist. She is thoroughly professional, always well prepared, listens to her patients and is a delightful person. Both before and after my surgery she helped me prepare for the experience and recovery. I highly recommend her!

Oh my gosh I don’t even know where to start. I hurt so bad that I couldn’t even function. Now I just finished my first ever 5k. I have gotten back my hope while getting rid of so much physical pain. Thank you Kelly.
