Kei-Ai Los Angeles Healthcare Center

I was recently a patient at Kei-Ai in Los Angelus and would like to take the time to share a few of my experiences. Putting aside the fact that I was away from home for an extended period of time (8 weeks), as time passed, I found this to be the best place I could imagine spending that time. Both of thel other patients in the room had been tthere longer than me, one for four months, the other for seven months. We all melded well, and ow learned to keep our televisions turneda down low. The staff were excellent, and took care of us as though we were their own parents. In particular, there was a nurse who workerd who worked the 11pm to 7am shift, and she was terrific. She remembered us every time she worked, and came around to our beds, just to say, "Hi!" Her name is Molly and she is sweet and kind and patient and lovely. There is another nurse who consistently took excellent care of us. And, almost more importantly,, he laughed at my jokes. His name is Israel, and he knew each us as though he studied profiles every night. We also had a social worker/case worker named Lisa. She was knowledgeable, and had no trouble in stepping in to clean up another patient to contacting the accounting department and resolving an error. She was also smart enough to know what she didn't know. She's great, and made being three easier to bear. All in all, Kei-Ai

Kei-Ai Los Angeles Healthcare Center was highly recommended by a family member. It is very clean. They have very tight staff. Everyone there is very cordial, very nice, and very attentive. That was nice from the beginning, so I appreciated that. The meals that they serve are pretty appetizing. I was feeling great about that for my mom. They also provide her TV and everything, so it is great.

Kei-ai therapist had help me a lot with getting back on my feet . Be able go back home . Thanks to the help one on one . I will miss them all and I can help hoping to get better . But now will do things slow but safe . Thanks everyone.

I recommend this home care fascility for doing such a great job for taking care of my mom and all other patients here. well trained staff,workers and officials are so very kind and aproachable.more power & God Bless!!!

Tucked 3.9 miles away from the busy city, this quiet healthcare facility overlooks scenic views and oversees senior patients. The new admin and staff are super kind, generous, and welcoming 😊 They address issues promptly/directly, as their personal contact information are listed on their business cards. Wow, talk about accessibility! (In both senses of the word ♿️)

My mom has been a resident at Kei-Ai for 3 years. In the time that she has been there she has received excellent care. I would especially like to thank her nurses/caretakers Vernon, Flor, Ruby and her CNA, along with the support staff of her dietician, activities director and social worker. Having them care for her has given me peace of mind. I thank all of you.

My 81 year old Mom, slipped and fell and fractured her tailbone, We were trying to find a facility to assist with care and therapy. We were fortunate to find the KEI-Ai Help facility in Gardena. They were just with my mother needed to recover from her fall they were professional caring and I would recommend this facility to other families facing the same situation that my family had to face thank you Kei-Ai for taking care of my mom you will be in our hearts.
