I cannot recommend Keep It Moving Physical Therapy enough! Britt and Megan are exceptional professionals who truly care about their patients' well-being. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. Britt's expertise and personalized approach to my treatment plan have made a world of difference in my recovery for a chronic hip issue. Megan's friendly demeanor and attention to detail have made my strength training program enjoyable and super effective. Together, they create an environment that is both motivating and welcoming. Britt is amazing! As both a massage and physical therapist, she covers so much about body mechanics as well as body posture, alignment and imbalances. I got so much from my sessions with her but you also need to do the work to see the benefits. I purchased a package and it was the best way to go. Whether you need a thorough massage or a physical therapy evaluation, i cannot recommend her enough!

Britt and Meg are miracle workers. Since 2019 I've experienced chronic lower back pain as a result of two car accidents and a sports injury. I've poured so much money into the wrong places searching for a physical therapy program to provide some relief, only to have my pain worsen over time. I felt completely hopeless until I put my trust in Britt and Meg. Unlike any other physical therapists I've worked with, these two take the time to understand your injury and tailor interventions specific to your body and history. They don't just throw a bunch of basic stretches at you and send you off with a printout from 1985 on how to sit in an office chair with correct posture. They LISTEN, and they teach. They're extremely thorough, passionate, and convincing in their approach---because it WORKS. I'm now back in the gym and managing my pain with ease, all thanks to them.

I highly recommend Keep It Moving Physical Therapy! After sustaining an ankle injury from a snowboarding jump, I was referred to Britt and her team. They were incredibly attentive to my needs as a snowboarder and focused on getting me back on my feet quickly and safely. Britt listened to my goals and tailored the therapy sessions accordingly. Thanks to their expertise and personalized care, I was able to return to snowboarding sooner than I expected. I'm grateful for their support throughout my recovery journey. Definitely five stars!

Britt at Keep It Moving PT and Wellness is seriously amazing! I had knee pain for what felt like forever, and it was totally stopping me from doing things I love, like hiking. From the first session, Britt really listened to me and figured out what was going on. She made a treatment plan just for me, and it actually worked! Now, I’m back to hiking pain-free, and it feels incredible. She’s super caring, always checking in on my progress, and just really knows her stuff. Plus, her positive vibes made every session something to look forward to. If you need a PT who gets it and genuinely wants to help you get better, you gotta go see Britt. Totally recommend her!

Five stars for Shred Prep!!! I have been participating in Keep It Moving's 12-Week Shred Prep Injury Prevention Program, and it is excellent! Megan and Britt provide thorough, easy-to-understand instructions for the different movements, techniques, and exercises. They offer unique approaches to the program, providing both follow-along and self-paced options that anyone can find accessible. It is structured in a way that compounds week-over-week and allows participants to see progress. They are incredibly knowledgeable in what they do, and I cannot recommend enough!

Keep It Moving PT is awesome. It’s my one stop shop for both physical therapy and orthopedic massage. I went in a few years ago for shoulder pain and through a combination of massage and a customized exercise routine they fixed it. I’ve been going in regularly ever since. Subsequently they helped me with fixing hip pain through a similar program of massage and strengthening. They have helped bring awareness of my body mechanics and posture. They’re also awesome people.

I’ve been seeing Brittany for 4 years for my fibromyalgia and neck pain. I tried so many people before her and she is the only one who has been able to give me relief through massage, accupuncture and physical therapy. She is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough— even giving me exercises to do at home and providing additional resources to help me heal. Scheduling through the app is easy and and convenient. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.
