Keen Physical Therapy

I'm an orthopedic mess. Work hard, play hard has always been my moto. Now that I'm getting older, it's starting to catch up to me. All of my injuries over the years would take up this entire review. I saw Tabitha for some torn and frayed tendons in my right ankle. She diagnosed me for a minute and asked if I had sciatica. (She new nothing of my lower back issues.) Of course I've had a laminectomy L-3 to S-1 for 3 ruptured disks. Tabitha told me of the relationship of low back/sciatica issues to lower extremity problems and went to work. The process was done in a very knowledgeable and caring fashion. I can't believe the relief that I got with this first session. My foot feels as if it has "come back to life". I've had issues with this ankle for years and I've finally found someone who has the knowledge and ability to fix this mess I've made out of my ankle. I've been to multiple physical therapists over the years and Tabitha has been the best by far. Her knowledge of the human body and skill in how to heal it and relieve pain is outstanding. I can't wait for future sessions and the relief it will bring. I highly recommend Tabitha for any of your physical therapy needs.
