Kristin Douhan is the absolute best physical therapist in the Denver area. She helped me through two major hip surgeries and got me back to the active life I love. Not only is she a great physical therapist, but she is kind and compassionate. I recently moved out of state and already missing being under her great care. I highly recommend her for any PT needs, especially for hip issues and PAO surgeries.

I’ve been seeing Kristen Douhan for over a year and a half now for routine maintenance and any issues that arise from lifting weights, climbing, or long backpacking trips. The majority of the work Kristen administers on my body is by dry needling of all the trigger points and imbalances I have from putting my body through the ringer day in and day out. She is very gentle with the needles and I rarely feel any pain, which I cannot say from others in the past.
