I almost didn’t come here because of the reviews, but my experience was just the opposite. Staff was very nice, I was in and out very quickly. Only complaint I would have is that I was given a script for a knee scooter that wasn’t covered by insurance, but that’s not their fault. Dr. was quick and very knowledgeable.

We were told three separate times by three separate people that we could be a walk in and get in pretty quick. We drove 2 1/2 hours from home and the staff pretty much laughed at us and told us we had to have an appointment because it was under workers comp. It doesn’t feel very good to have your husband be hit by a car and barely able to walk and have to walk 30 minutes to find where we were supposed to go and then get laughed at and pretty much told we’re stupid. Definitely would not recommend this place.

I had what I thought was trigger finger...Dr recommended PT ..if that didn't work some kind of special shot that I would have to go to Lexington to get...PT helped very little...still sore and hard to bend...went to a plastic surgeon for a place on my face and he saw split on my finger and ask what the problem was...gave me a steroid injection in my finger joint and it was completely better in 3 days...shouldn't an Orthopedic office have know to do this...guess if another finger gets sore ill go see my plastic surgeon!!!

Doctor did nothing but dismissed my pain but also push for pain medicine at the same time and was rude would not recommend this place too anybody and what not go back

Dr. Ellesworth was great to work with. He was friendly and thorough but didn't keep you waiting all day either. If I break any of my foot bones or my big toe again I will insist on seeing him.

Shoulder has been hurting for 3 months Go in there and they do x-ray, they don't see anything just say hey let's do physical therapy, why would you not check it out more and do an MRI to find out what's really going on joke of a clinic.

Dr. Chambers is a great surgeon, thankfully. The rest of the office staff that I dealt with was far different. The office is impossible to get a hold of, rude and dismissive, and never super willing to help. After surgery I had a post op issue come up and after several calls and many voicemails I was still unable to get the office or his nurse to call me back. If I have to ever have orthopedic surgery again I’d go back to him but not in that office!

The staff here is horrible. The xray tech must have been having a bad day because she was extremely rude. This place doesn't even deserve one star.
