Kay O'Neill

Nope don't recommend didn't address my issues that were even noted on my MRI. Refused to listen when I said I was in pain, proceeded to ignore me when I told her how bad my pain is. Forced my knee to stretch further then I told her i could extend without being in severe pain. Was extremely rude from the moment she walked in the room. I'm going somewhere else where maybe they will listen to the person who lives with the pain and discomfort daily. And where I can get an accurate description of what is wrong and not be blown off. I've never been treated this way by a medical professional.

Very thorough in explaining procedure. However she told me several times that this Is going to hurt really bad. Which doesn't make me feel very confident. Because I'm in a pain center for spinal and was on pain meds was the reasoning. My last knee surgery all they wanted to do is make me comfortable. Follow up too follow procedure scheduled January 7 2021

She came into the room having already reviewed my xrays. Thorough physical exam. I’m a nurse and was impressed with her exam and her professionalism. Great explanations of abnormalities in X-rays. Answered all my questions! Explained what to expect if I did choose surgery. She had a positive attitude.

I’ve had excellent health care from both Dr. Picco and Kay O’Neill at Riverbend Orthopedics. From before surgery, instructing me on what I needed to do and during surgery, honestly I couldn’t imagine that going any smoother to aftercare following up and advising physical therapy. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Loved Kay O'Neill. Very professional, explained things so I could understand, Discovered something, probably a birth defect, in my leg, that no other doctors found. She has probably changed a part of my life. God bless her.

I'm so glad I had the opportunity to see Kay O'Neill for diagnosis of my shoulder pain. So easy to understand what and why my issue exists. I'll be definitely returning.

I love the dress and the staff atvskagit regional health Orthopedics they are very kind patient and I'm sure I was a little on the cranky side because of my pain but they are helping get through it.

Every time I have an appointment, I never wait longer than 10 minutes. Everyone is very courteous.
