Great staff always a friendly welcome. Dr. Kaufman always greets you with a smile and listens to every detail. After just a few visits my back was getting back to normal. I would recommend giving him a try. You won't regret it.

I would occasionally do something to my lower back. Been happening off and on for a few years. Doctors would always treat the pain but never offer any root cause or ways to help stop it from happening again. I happened to do something to it again on a Friday morning. I just felt it I didn’t get something done/figured out I would wind up making it worse. Well I got an appointment with Kaufman Wellness Center that afternoon. Dr. Kaufman took the time to explain what was going on and had a treatment plan. After that first appointment I walked out already feeling 10x better than what I did before and every appointment after has helped significantly! The staff is super nice and it’s always a pleasure.

I can’t speak highly enough of Kaufman Wellness Center in Germantown. I thought I would give it a shot since I had been limping around on my left knee for months in pain. The staff is very friendly and efficient, and Dr. Tim Kaufman took the time to x-Ray, address my questions and concerns of what the problem was. After each treatment, I felt confident in the care I received. As time passed, my knee felt so much better and I realized I wasn’t taking tylenol or ibuprofen any longer for pain! 🥳 If you are looking for a reputable Chiropractor, look no further and give Kaufman Wellness Center a call! 😎

Dr. Frenette and Dr. Kaufman were the first chiropractors to successfully diagnose my postpartum back pain. After being told by other doctors that I would have to live with my pain forever, I am now pain free. The physical therapy and adjustments were so successful I can now do more physical activity and keep up with my kids. After having back surgery in 2020 & then another to remove some screws in 2022 I was in more pain than before my initial surgery & was on 3 kinds of pain medications. I saw a commercial for spinal decompression & I went to see the doctor. I had my most recent MRI results to show him. He assured me that this would be the answer to my problems. I questioned whether I was a candidate for this because of my fusion & rods & screws. He said that wasn’t a problem & I would need 70 treatments but since my case was severe, he’d only charge me for 50. The cost of this would be close to $10,000, which has to be paid up front. He does offer financing. I came home & called Kaufman Wellness Center & got in to see Dr. Kaufman the next day. He spent a long time talking to me about my problems, went over my MRI, & did X-rays. He said absolutely under no circumstances should I get spinal decompression but started that day giving me other forms of chiropractic treatment. After a few weeks of treatments my pain level has diminished considerably & I’m doing household chores & other things I haven’t been able to do for a long time. I even went on a 15-mile bicycle ride the other day. I still have a ways to go but am convinced with Dr. Kaufman’s help I’ll be able to enjoy life again.

During each visit, Dr. Kaufman takes time to address each problem area I am dealing with. He is personable and listens to my various concerns, and then he adjusts me accordingly. I always leave relieved of pain and discomfort. His support staff is very friendly and efficient, which makes each appointment pleasant, smooth, and quick.
