Kassandra, has been treating me for about 10 years. I was first helped with intense shoulder pain. Which she helped immensely with recommended stretches and strengthening excercises. Years later after a bicycle accident my right knee problems began, it radiated pain up and down my entire leg and foot. Again more work to strengthen my hip and inner thigh. Kassandra, helped me again, more recently after I had Covid last year. I went back to doing my workouts too soon, and I had a very intense pain in my groin area, Kassandra again recommended several exercises, and patience. I am currently feeling strong and pain free. My adherance to diligently following Kassandras instructions and recommendations has given me the confidence to be much more active and aspire to new physical challenges.
