Karen Kremzar, Holistic Occupational Therapist

I had jaw surgery recently and as part of a holistic approach to healing I decided to try cranial sacral therapy. Karen has such a calming presence and I relax instantly when I have a session with her. She has helped me work on not only my healing from surgery but compensations (due to disordered breathing and misaligned jaws) I’ve been making with my body my whole life. She’s truly amazing at what she does!

Karen has the most wonderful loving energy, her skill set is very extensive, and the office is the most lovely, comfortable place to be. The energy shifts I experience are gentle but profound with Karen’s intuitive guidance. I always feel very heard, helped, rested, renewed, relieved and happy to have had the blessing of another session!

I've been receiving therapy from Karen for several months now on a weekly basis for long-term, chronic pain from multiple injuries. She's intuitive, gentle and caring, as well as knowledgeable on trauma and the body's stress response. I leave each treatment feeling so much better than when I went in and the information she's provided me with regarding how to manage my body's stress response has been so valuable. It's made a big difference in my being able to bring myself back to feeling safe after my body reacts to stress - my nervous system has been high-wired from complex PTSD and I look forward to training it to become more relaxed as a natural state.
