When I first arrived, I was not in the best mood and the staff still smiled and greeted me with kindness and respect. After getting over my confusion and frustrations, I felt like this was the wrong place for me, because after all I didn’t need rehabilitation. Well, as it turns out, rehabilitation was exactly what I needed. This place is wonderful. Everyone working here deserves all the love in the world. The nurses are amazing, the techs are great, and the doctors are on top of your situation. It’s a larger scale program, that cares for the needs of the individual. I would highly encourage anyone with medical or mental health needs to trust the team here at Kaiser. I came in broken, I walked out whole. I want to give a big shout-out to my nurses, who tolerated me quite well, and the doctors who made the plans to heal me properly. I don’t think I would’ve made it home without the help of this wonderful family of nurses and doctors. Thank you to everyone at Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, you guys Rock!!!

I can’t say enough about the team at Kaiser Rehab. First off, they are #1 in results!!! But what you don’t know till you experience the Love and Care, is that Dr. McGuire is not just a caring human being, but he’s such a knowledgeable doctor with the best instincts as he always makes his decisions based in the best interest of the patient. My husband had been to numerous neurosurgeon’s and it wasn’t till Dr. McGuire persisted in researching and testing why my husband was having daily headaches and was so off balance, that we finally solved the problem through surgery. Lee, the admissions director was always available for support and the nurses, Pt staff and assistants are amazing and make you feel special and that you matter. We moved to Oklahoma from California and have experience Stanford and other great hospitals, but the heart of Kaiser Rehab is beyond amazing.

Doctors, nurses and therapists were great. They gave great personal attention to my needs and cares. The doctor went beyond his professional duties to help me in personal ways. I am very thankful for their care.

The occupational and physical therapist were great. Most of the nursing staff and technicians were amazing. But dr kraven was on some what of a power trip. I've called kaiser several times since discharge to ask questions and never got called back. And we are well over a month discharged and still haven't been contacted about out patient ot/pt like we were told we would be.

I’m in between a 3-4 rating. The PT and OT was excellent which is the main reason you’re there. But they fed my Grandma liquids for 2 weeks because they had wrong orders the entire time. They had in her chart that she choked during a swallow test, so they refused to give her anything other than liquids. After constant questioning, and telling the doctors that was incorrect or at the very least, extremely old (8+ years), they FINALLY gave her regular foods. She lost around 15 pounds. She will be starting Chemo soon, so losing weight was the last thing she needed to do. She was also miserable eating the same food every single day for almost 2 weeks. Pure liquid soup. Most of the staff were friendly but trying to get answers from people was almost impossible. They told us they’re constantly fighting the kitchen staff because they are always sending out the wrong diets to wrong patients. Sounds like they really need to get it under control when it comes to the food aspect. Not sure how they expect someone to do PT and OT every hour if they are running on very little food. There were times they even forgot about her and then would send the wrong food, so by the time she finally got the correct food which was an hour or longer, she was no longer hungry. Good thing about them is their PT and OT truly is great. They got my Grandma up and moving and that was a priority for us. That’s the reason they’re getting a 4 star. Other wise, it would be 3.

I have just completed a 12 day rehab at Kaiser Rehab and my eexperience was great - maybe life changing. To say it succinctly they are professionals who are up to the challenge of rehabilitation and I could not be more satisfied. It’s not easy but they are good at motivating you doing it all with a smile. The medical team combines with the rehab team and I am grateful for their interest in me. When I went in I could not stand on my own, I walked out with the aid of a walker and can even take steps without it. I heartily commend this facility should you need to rehab.

Just all around awful. Couldnt get direct answers from any of the staff. I would have had better luck talking to a brick wall about my grandmother while she was in their care. The OT Casey was very confrontational and combative when given information about what my grandmothers living situation would be on discharge. When learning about our plans out of the rehab she wanted to keep her there for an additional month. Downright awful. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

My mother was in rehab here after 55 days of hospitalization from covid . I can not rave enough over her care . From the doctors ,nurses and PT ! Every day my mother would cry and hated her care until she was brought to Kaiser . Everyone that works there genuinely cares about their patients . My moms hair was matted beyond belief and the nurses would work hours that they didn’t have to just to help it get back to normal . Jenn and Roz were moms miracle workers that also spoiled her rotten . When I would visit patients were talking and joking with each other and staff . Made me feel 1000 times better about leaving my mom at the hospital . My mom also raved about how good the food was . When we were discharged last week my mother hugged everyone and cried because she had built such wonderful relationship s with all the staff . Dr.McGuire went above and beyond to tackle every medical issue and was there to comfort her and make her aware of every medication change that was being made . Having a loved one in the hospital is challenging and they made it such a great experience . I can’t recommend them enough ! Thank you all for such wonderful care your doing amazing things for people and I am forever grateful !
