I was picking up a prescription at the pharmacy and checked to see if I could get assistance with another issue. I was directed to Urgent Care and seen within a few minutes by a Physician’s Assistant. She was attentive, thorough, and very upbeat. I have always enjoyed excellent care at the Watsonville facility. The wonderful staff make all the difference .

I have been enrolled with the Kaiser Senior Advantage insurance plan for six years. I have been very pleased with the service at the clinic. The pharmacy is very efficient and they have been very accommodating with filling my prescriptions quickly and the wait lines are usually very short. The doctors and staff are also very good. It has been a positive experience.

The therapist is outstanding and I was told he has won many accolades. Makes me wonder how Kaiser gets him to stay, being that the psychiatry dept is understaffed and evidently overworked. Kaiser constantly sends me surveys. Here’s what I tell them: in answering your question about whether I would recommend kaisers psychiatry department, absolutely not. Over my 5 years with Kaiser I’ve struggled with getting the help I need, but the individual providers are great. I’ve had outstanding experiences and would recommend any of them if they weren’t Kaiser. The amount of time, effort and strain it has taken me to get a face to face appt with a mental health professional has been unacceptable and I can’t recommend Kaiser to anyone. I’m constantly debating whether or not to leave Kaiser and go elsewhere. If it weren’t for the great providers that I’ve worked hard to get and develop relationships with, I would.

I love Dr. Kershnar!! She always takes the time to talk to me about my concerns, and always treats me like a human being -- she is one of a kind and going to her has completely transformed my experience and willingness to seek out health care.

Dr. Tam in Podiatry is very caring, listens to you , and explains treatment in a way that the patient understands. I’m going to have surgery soon and I’ll be able to follow up on after care.

Lab staff was really friendly and I was able to get bloodwork done very quickly. The whole process was surprisingly fast and almost painless.

Dr. Salazar is very friendly and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate his explanations and attentiveness. He is a great doctor. Also I am very satisfied with the kaiser system and processes. It makes it easy to take control of dealing with my health conditions and keeping track of my progress.

I came by for my appointment. I parked almost in front of the door. I checked in quickly and was directed to the waiting area. Five minutes later I was called back to an exam room and waited another five minutes for the doctor. The doctor seemed both knowledgeable and skilled. I was back at the pharmacy in another 10 minutes with my problem diagnosed and my questions answered. Another 10 minutes and I had my prescription and was back on my way. Everyone was friendly, polite and efficient.
