The staff was great. My son had a doctor appointment for soreness in his ankles. The Sport Medicine facility was awesome. Coaches 👍

These guys were really good to me. Dr. Braley was thorough, pleasant, and reachable. Kyla Russell is a experienced Physical Therapist who is very attentive, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and delivers great PT. The athletic trainers were fantastic and fun; I loved working with them. I received care here for several months and never felt like I overstayed; they simply wanted me to improve and get back to my sport. The equipment and facility is pristine... yes, I felt like a Queen in the Kings palace. They will treat you like the athlete you are. It was an honor. Thank you guys.

After going to this facility for two months. Being rushed in and out for 30 minute sessions, while being shown different 'stretches' and weight lifting exercises, the pain moves to a different part in my shoulder. My 'doctor' does an ultrasound and tells me.... maybe my brain hasn't caught up to my recovery. In short, the pain I'm marking as a seven on the pain level score is only in my head. Thankfully they suggested a different facility, that Kaiser insurance has nothing to do with. Took the main physical therapist a whole ten minutes to actually give me a diagnosis, and basically tell to me do to everything the exact opposite of what Kaiser did. Now my pain has almost completely subsided and I can tell I'm finally working on strengthening it. I can't tell you if this facility will be helpful to you or not. But they were not for me. Update : Turns out the pain was actually from tension in tendons that connect my head to my collar bone. And they were stressed to such extremes that it eventually tore. Now, I have an injury that will last many years, and possibly my entire life. The doctors here have given little effort to even look at the problem. Let alone try to find solutions. This is due to the tear being in location not normally hurt by people.... And so no one has tried to heal a tear like this. If you are going to this facility. And are finding other pain. My suggestion is this, stop what you are doing and ask for a referral to a different location. But don't be me. Don't think the doctors here actually care about you. Listen to your body first. And then possibly your doctor.

I have been attending PT at this location since November (returning from an ACL surgery) and I can confidently say I have enjoyed every appointment here. Attentive to what you require in order for a proper recovery, yet challenging to push you a bit more each time, is how I would describe the experience here and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for great and helpful Physical Therapy.

Office staff and medical assistant were very helpful. I felt that I got more from them than my doctor. Could not get a return call from Dr Braley for nothing. He emailed only when the turn around response is 48 hours for an email. He did not seem to care about my medical issue at all. Just brushed me off to Orthopedics.

The receptionist knows me, august, by name and face and is always very kind and helpful. ¿Joe? (african american guy with cool hair) from radiology is always helpful, professional, and good with people. Dr. Rho is also a really good doctor 10/10 would recommend. Finally, Shayna from PT is awesome and i’ve had a great time working with her. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and has a good sense of humor.

First time using this service. Parking is just next door with L Street entrance and is free for Kaiser clients. Just tell attendant your name n they confirm you are on the list. Inside is clean n a greeter directs you where to go. I went to the Endurance Lab and was pleased with the experience n information.

Was refused service as a kaiser Permanente member because injury did not occur during a sport, and is not preventing a return to a sport AT THIS MOMENT. If kaiser would have done a proper diagnosis years ago, instead of 'muscle strain' i would still be active in sports. Even though it was not just sports players that funded kaiser Permanente to build this facility!
