Kaiser, seriously! billionaires are getting more greedy every day! Kaiser does not provide visitors cups for water! They say: budgeting! Seriously!!! What else has been on their budgeting list?? !!

The staff at the registration window was very welcoming and helpful. The lady nurse who helped to get me a ready for the surgery was very supportive. She treated me like a family member in a very joyful atmosphere. Above all doctor Khu is very nice and has always met me always above my expectations. I thank every staff member of the ophthalmology department who were very considerate

Excellent -everyone was very good in their field and were efficient with time. I also had a good one on one conversation with my Dr. regarding my health. All my questions were answered and all her feedback was very helpful. We had a chance to discuss ways to improve my health.

I really like how quick the appointment was. I arrived and within just a couple of minutes I was called into the examination room. Doctor arrived in the room and as always greeted me. He asked if I wanted the Covid and flu shot I said yes and after the examination a very nice nurse came and gave me both shots quickly and painlessly.

I was referred to a specialist by my doctor. The specialist had no specific recommendations and I pleaded for a physical therapist. The PT knew just what to do and I am quite pleased and grateful. I didn’t need a specialist doctor as my complaint is not so severe.

Dr was a great listener, did a thorough exam, offered a differential diagnosis and was very calm , not rushed at all. This visit was the best visit I have ever had at Kaiser. Thank you Dr Tedesco for your time.

Dr. Tedesco is a gem. She is a great listener. She took time to research my condition and involved me in the process, which made me feel more comfortable moving forward with the treatment plan. Not to mention she is very smart, compassionate, and cheerful. She is everything you need in a surgeon.

This was my second ultrasound I have ever had and first here at Kaiser. The tech seemed cool until she tossed the towel at me after barely wiping away the gel. She advised me to clean up the gel myself. I think she got it over my shirt because I left with the gel all over my shirt. She said that it would dry without a stain, which is true, but such an extremely unprofessional experience.
