Dr James Li is an excellent doctor. He goes beyond the normal care. His manner is excellent. He has been my doctor for 30 years and I am only leaving him because I am moving. I have received excellent care under his guidance

I had a variety of symptoms with a couple different issues and my doctor listened to me and asked questions to get a better idea of what might be my problem. She also gave me a couple of referrals that I feel were very necessary and that felt good to be recognized.

I got a call asking me to take my son in at 3:00 instead of 4:30 at his appointment time. We waited an hour and a half for the doctor to see us. And she wasn't very helpful. She only saw us for 10 minutes. Kaiser is very frustrating. I'm seriously considering switching insurance. The service is horrible and the doctors cancel appointments frequently or don't see you when you need to be seen.

Antoinette that works at the desk for labs is a genuinely great person. She's also kind and patient amongst many other positive things. Id just like to show her love for always putting a smile on my face u nvr know how much its needed.

Met with Dr. Li for my appointment to follow up on my healthcare, medications, pain, tests, labs, and homecare. As usual, he spent the appropriate amount of time on my visit that was necessary to address my issues and ensure that my health needs were taken care of. He is very thorough, attentive, compassionate, and understanding. I always leave my appointments with him knowing that he has my best interest at heart, confident that my medical needs were met, assured that he has done the best for me, and feeling that I am being well cared for.

Called number to site got the runaround at least 3 times asked for Representative twice gave my acct or card number twice the last time I got a person who angrily said you didn’t talk to me and all I needed to know was if my prescription that was called in on Sat was ready before I drove there but phone service sucks

Saw “doctor” David bronstein’s comments/quotes on instagram on the whatsupscv page. Fear mongering with another fake pandemic. What a joke. No one should ever trust medical workers ever again. The last few years have exposed them all as cowards or corrupt. Nice try “doctor” 🤣

Dr Jesse Jittrikawiphol “Dr Jitt” and his nurse Tracy Thompson were exquisite. So glad he’s my doctor.
