Dr. Mates was forthright regarding my skin problem on my neck and took appropriate action explaining the procedure and fact that she would be sending the biopsy to the lab for further diagnosis. She also addressed a boil that had erupted recently and took a culture to determine the type of bacteria or virus that had caused it. She always takes time to explain each procedure and is always professional in her care of me. I would recommend her to all my acquaintances.

Dr. Ojha is an extremely caring, smart and most lovely doctor. I am an RN and feel she knows everything about me, and can explain everything to me. I've had her for years and have always been so pleased. I've recommended her to several friends and my daughter too.

Dr. Chiu is an outstanding optometrist! I have a difficult eye case. However, I can always count on him on finding the right prescription so that I can see clearly. I've gone to him for years because he's the best. Not only is he outstanding at his work, he's so nice and personable. He is truly exceptional! Kaiser is lucky to have him.

I had a great experience! Dr. Aboutalebi-Simon (Optometry) was awesome. She is very funny and knowledgeable. The exam seemed fast and efficient. No complaints!

Dr. Lee has administered my spinal epidurals for many years. He is professional, kind and a great conversationalist. He always tells me exactly what he's doing and it's been a perfect experience every time!

Completely terrible customer service at the front desk. The woman working there was entirely unhelpful and rude and that was after customers had been waiting over 15 minutes. Nobody was at the desk. There was a sign that said to ring a bell. The bell was wrong and no one would show up a customer had to grab an employee walking down the hallway to ask them if anybody was working there today One of the benefits of having Kaiser insurance is that you can get care anywhere all over the state wherever you’re located a customer had a question about what was going on with test results that were done at another facility in the Bay Area and they refused to help. They refused to call the other facility. They refused all help whatsoever Extremely disappointed and extremely disgusted with how people were treated there today.

Dr. Binh Nguyen, is a genuine good person and a highly knowledgeable doctor; very accommodating, making me feel comfortable during my first physical check-up. The Medical Assistant Samantha, and the Nurse who injected my COVID booster were nice and friendly. Highly recommended!

KP's Martinez physical therapy department is well-staffed with knowledgable therapist possessing excellent interpersonal skills. I had 5 months of rehab after total shoulder replacement surgery and felt well taken care of in terms of how they prescribed therapy / exercise to do, helped with troubleshooting problem areas, explained exercises and physically manipulated my arm and shoulder with care. In addition, they have a very helpful app which includes video examples of all the exercises they prescribe. All this is maintained in a secure online health system which enables me to review my personal information about the details of each visit I make, test I take, etc. -- and enables me to correspond via email with my doctor in a private / encripted and secure manner. Great job; thank you!
