From the moment I entered and encountered Florence at the front desk I experienced outstanding customer service! The nurse who took my vitals, my WONDERFUL doctor, and finally the very personable phlebotomist…each and every one of you made me feel special! Thank you all for truly making my day. Not many can say that about a doctor’s appointment! AND Yes, Florence I noticed the other lady at the front desk next to you! Yes, Florence I noticed how she totally ignored me, and jumped to help the lady who entered after me because it appeared that she knew her. So, please don’t think your excellent customer service is not appreciated AND NOTICED! Again, THANKS to all of you!

I checked in before myscheduled appointment. My immunization record had NOT been updated since 17 Sept 2024; therefore, I could NOT RECEIVE the Covid immunization because the RN DIDN'T update my record. My trip to This facility was wasted. Now I need to return. At 85years of age one would think Kaiser Permanente Member would receive better than the other medical services available to choose during OPEN enrollment period. I am pending surgery and the appoint notice I received from Kaiser Permanente medical team was canceled. Just one more dissatisfaction for this type of service. I have experienced more dissatisfaction of medical assistance from Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic services. Dental coverage and Kaiser Permanente's change of coverage during dental work. Denial of prostate therapy twice and a denied appeal from a John's Hopkins physician Indicated why Proton beam therapy was necessary.

Well, I’ve had a really hard time getting an appointment there and had to get somebody from the outside to come to my house. The PT I saw didn’t think it was necessary for me to come and told me I could do my exercises at home. He said if I really wanted to pay the $40 copayment so he could watch me do the treadmill he would put me on the waiting list. I thought you were supposed to have physical therapy at least once a week. It was a week post ACL surgery. He was able to find me appointment for two weeks later with some hassle. I decided to cancel that appointment. I had same trouble 3 months prior to surgery with a different PT. No Appointments. I was trying to get myself ready for surgery. Doctor wanted me to have the PT. Plan now is just to go once a month and get reevaluated so that KP has records

07/08/2024- My first time. Had a 8:30 am appointment with Speech and Language therapist! I was seen by EC CO Spch Thpy, Courtney Calvert St, S.T. I must say the exercises, recommendations, were excellent. My voice( vocals and speech) -much better! I sing do this therapy was very dear to my heart. Great Facility! Great staff team! Good looking out! Thank you all!

Love the Bowie location. Everyone is very professional and I'm in and out quickly. Beautiful clean efficiently run facility

I’ve had thee very best experience at Kaiser from the time you first walk thru the door and see the security guard who is always pleasant to the receptionist who is always so helpful with assisting me in making upcoming appointments etc to the ROCKSTAR therapist and PTAs everyone and everything has been great I’m really wowed at the service I’ve had

I like the staff and facility but Kaiser is driving me nuts with constantly scheduling appointments without consulting me about my availability and/or changing my appointment time without calling or consulting me. Update: The manager of this location decided to call me on an unlisted number despite my actual therapist previously explaining on a Kaiser line the miscommunication for this one incident The Physical Therapists at this location are wonderful for real. Yet the manager talked to me in a super cold way that was totally self serving. I explained that my review was clearly not about the facility but about Kaiser Mid-Atlantic having major systemic issues. The manager was clearly trying to persuade me into changing my review while being super fake and trying to micromanage me, the patient. No sir. So work with the lovely pain management docs and therapists but steer clear of that guy

I just received my first vaccine here at the Kaiser Permanente COVID-19 vaccination clinic in Lanham. The experience was excellent. There was no wait time. I was escorted from one place to the next by kind, courteous staff members. I never wondered where next to go. The area is extremely clean and set up to be physically distant. The vaccination nurse was very friendly. And my second appointment was made even before I received the vaccine. I would strongly recommend this facility.
