Kaiser Permanente

We will be in our second trimester now, and we still have not gotten to see a doctor or appointments. Keep getting rescheduled and now we’ve been pushed back another two weeks and it’s with a midwife. This is unacceptable. I want a doctor.

I am writing this on behalf of my grandfather as he cannot type it on his own. “I went to urgent care for a hernia and was examined by Dr. Richardson and a Ms. Rubalcaba. Rubalcaba assaulted me multiple times while Richardson stood by the door and laughed. I was told there was no hernia and that I was fine. After I stated again that I was sure there was a hernia she very aggressively and inappropriately manipulated my groin while laughing at the incredible amount of pain that I was in. I screamed and she laughed harder. I went to member services to report the assault and was belittled from the beginning. They played off the whole incident as just a rough exam. They then said I was entitled to nothing and if I wanted an investigation I had to pay for it myself and provide proof of the incident. I am now in pain every single day from the actions of these physicians and Kaiser has done nothing to insure my well being. This was elder abuse and an assault plain and simple.”

This ER is the worst I’ve been to, people waited since 9 or 12am to 11 or 12pm just to be seen. It took them over 4 hours just to see my mother for vitals. Poor poor

Doctor's offices are open during normal business hours but ER is open 24/7

Don't come to this Kaiser horrible customer service
