I have been with Kaiser Permanente for almost 60 years. They keep me healthy and educated on the latest developments. With their online support it makes managing my health care painlessly!

When I showed up to my appointment the receptionist was friendly and professional. After a very short wait Dawny Lyn Ward MA called me in to do my vitals and it was like meeting a friend. She knew all about me and asked how I was doing. She was very kind and always had a smile. Then Dr Rose Nguyen came to see me, and we discussed my history and how I was feeling. Dr Nguyen was very well informed about my complete medical history. As she checked my heart and respiration we discussed different options and the entire time she kept asking me if there was anything else she could do or help me with. the whole time I felt like I was talking to my neighbor. She is so kind She talked to me in a way that I understood everything she was saying. These are the people that keep my family and I coming back to KAISER. Thank you for the great job you do.

Everything was so smooth yesterday, was seen by my Doctor, probably kept her longer than normal, got my blood work done, picked up prescriptions and had my blood results before the end of the day and they sent me a follow up video appointment the next day! Great Job! Got my appointment in 3 days to see my doctor too!

My husband and myself have had the same primary care physician for a number of years so it is great having someone who is knowledgeable about our medical situation. My husband has Alzheimer's, and it is very helpful being able to talk with her about his condition and how it affects my own physical and mental health. It is reassuring to know I'll have her advice and help dealing with my husband's deteriorating condition.

My experience here is much better than the care I received at Sutter! When you call their offices you’re actually able to get a hold of someone who can also actually help you! My pediatric doctor was very nice and well informed on the immunizations my son she be getting at this age. Had a great experience overall!

Dr. Pelzner is great Optometrist. He goes above and beyond to make sure he's done a very comprehensive exam and discusses all options with me to make sure I understand everything and can make an informed decision. He's very caring and extremely knowledgeable. I've always felt that he's working in my best interest. There is no one else I'd rather see for my eye health.

Dr Beck is just a considerate and warm human. Easy to talk with and personable. His office made time for me & they don’t have to do that. -grateful customer

This was my first appointment with Dr. Caso. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He listened to my concerns and took action or made recommendations. I am glad to have him as my new Primary Doctor.
