If you’re looking for professional service, go to another location. Receptionist Joleen in OB/GYN was nothing but rude the entire check in. No one was behind us in line, and as it was our first time using mobile check in, we were a bit confused as to how it worked. She helped us very begrudgingly and kept rushing us for our check in. We’d been there all of two seconds trying to pull up our mobile check info, but I guess that wasn’t fast enough for her. If you want professional, courteous service, you won’t find it here. But, hey, parking was okay at least.

STAY FAR AWAY FRON THIS LOCATION: NEGLIGENT DOCTORS. I’ve filed a grievance with Kaiser over my experience with PA Ann Totah and STILL (this was well over 6 months ago) have not heard a PEEP from Kaiser on this situation. She’s an AWFUL negligent physicians assistant or whatever she calls herself. First and foremost, I have a history of cancer. I found a lump in my armpit. When I was scheduled with her, she couldn’t even find the lump, I had to place her fingers on it and even then she tried saying it wasn’t anything. When I inquired about imaging she told me that that wasn’t their process for something like this and they they just monitor it for a couple of months. Remember how I said I have a history of cancer? Yes. Well. She didn’t read my file beforehand because if she had, she would have known to request imaging for a lump in my arm pit (breast cancer can present itself in an armpit in the form of a lump). I had to tell her I had a history of cancer and when I did she said, “who has cancer? You have cancer?” Like????? And she FOUGHT me on getting the imaging done the whole way. I had also asked her to request blood work because I have one kidney and since I was getting a CT scan with contrast, my other kidney needs to be checked to make sure it can tolerate the contrast. She didn’t request the blood work. Moral of the story, Kaiser still hasn’t followed up with me. She’s an awful doctor and should be ashamed of herself for her lack of attention and care. She made a horribly stressful situation MORE stressful because she didn’t want to do her job. In fact, stay far away from Kaiser. Kaiser is the worst healthcare you can have, ESPECIALLY for speciality care. The doctors severely lack in attention and care. The last doctor that I saw before I moved was also awful. She didn’t like that I told her I had been researching about birth control. She also didn’t like my reaction I had when she told me my blood pressure was low. Apparently my reaction was “very out there”. Oh. I’m sorry, I’m not used to having low blood pressure and I feel it’s only normal to be alarmed. She asked if I struggled with anxiety and depression and recommended a book. Out of pocket and unprofessional. What a joke. Stay far far away from Kaiser. Don’t be fooled by their low rates, they absolutely suck.

This place is awesome since most people don't know you can come here and get blood drawn. The only downside is that the lab closes at 12. Which for most people is too early. There is nothing online where this is stated.

I had an eye exam yesterday and was scheduled with Dr. Juliette DiLibero because of availability issues with my regular Doctor at a different location. No one likes anything about eye exams, but I left my appointment much happier than when I arrived. Dr. DiLibero was very personable and the whole experience was great. She answered my questions with a smile and explained things in a way that was easily understood. I will definitely be scheduling all future eye appointments with her!

I had a very pleasant and caring experience with Carole Lynn Harris NP, N.P. After a recent miscarriage it was not necessary for me to see OBGYN in person. However, Carol was very communicative via email. She is caring, attentive and sensitive to the situation. All of my questions and concerns were addressed.

UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE LOCATION. CONTACT PATIENTS ADVOCATE!!! HIRED EMPLOYEES WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY. NEVER TIMELY. NOT TO MENTION OBGYN APPOINTMENTS THAT GET CANCELLED WITHOUT RESCHEDULING. Their optometrist JUAN HYUN LEE went home early with no prior notice. Wasted my time and gas. Unhelpful staff just listened with NO solution to us waiting months for an appointment and there was nobody in the office. Must be nice to have a job you can just leave your patients hanging out to dry. If you want to call a representative, that will never happen either. You will be on hold for over an hour if you can bear that much time.

I had an absolutely horrific experience there with a surly, arrogant physical therapist named Jack Dabbert. He treated me with contempt and irritability. He raised his voice at me and he was impatient. He was a complete bully and clearly a misanthrope. I asked for the supervisor, Mr. Al Kurtz who REFUSED to see me twice the day the PT went ballistic on me. Shame on both of them and their dreadful lack of care or professionalism. The old boys network is alive and strong at KP. I immediately filed a grievance, but beware: avoid KP like the plague, especially Jack Dabbert who is an abusive and belittling "provider." Avoid the nightmare I experienced at Kaiser Permanente at Travelodge. To their credit, the higher ups did listen to me and took my complaint seriously. I should never have experienced the PT's abuse, but the area supervisor did apologize.
