I had an amazing experience during my physical therapy appointment with Stevie and the physical therapy team at their central location! From start to finish, Stevie and the physical therapy team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, care, and knowledge. Their team took the time to truly listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain my treatment plan, and ensured that I felt comfortable every step of the way. What stood out most was Stevie’s positive energy, thorough analysis, and genuine commitment to my recovery. I left the session feeling both physically improved and mentally encouraged, knowing I was in capable hands. The level of personalized attention and encouragement I received was unmatched, and it made a huge difference in my overall experience.

My therapist, Stevie, was so kind. She showed no judgment or frustration working with me. The exercises she recommended were helpful and she made sure I was doing them properly.

I had appointment at 11:30 am I left my my work an hour drive from the the appointment location I arrived 11:40 at the location. I have been sitting in the main lobby for 20 minutes and there was nobody to attend me. After 20 minutes a person walked from out side saying he supposed to attend me for my appointment at 11:30 he can’t attend me today I have to reschedule my appointment. I have tried to call them to let them know I’m running 10 minutes late but no one answered.

Kaiser has been a pretty bad company since I've been with him unfortunately it's the only insurance my company offers. Over the last 6 or 7 months now I have been unable to see my primary doctor. All that they will offer me are phone appointments and even those are a month's plus out this place has turned into a joke. All you are told when you call is to go to urgent care if it's really bothering you and the doctors there are usually a joke you're in-and-out of their office within a couple minutes with nothing but another prescription

The dermatologist Dr.Llamas is excellent!All member staff are so nice and him.but In my last visit i was seen by other dermotolist.unforttunatly it was not good expreince because i felt the Dr.was in hurry to go to next patient and as a result he did not make me feel comfortable to share the couple other helth issues with him.other that i still belive in the facility as whole in doing grate and i grateful for that.hopfully Dr.Liamas be there if in future there is any appointment with dermotologist out there for me..she is really caring Dr.
