Danielle Garcia was very rude, unprofessional. This was our first initial appointment for a work related injury with Dr Key. Will be following up with formal complaint

These medical professionals really care about their patients and actually take the time to get to know them. I went in for weeks and was always greeted with excellent service and a smile! This place is a great environment to be in and I was always confident that any medical issues that I had were taken care of.

I came up to this location to see Dr. Meaghan Lynch after being ignored by Kaiser in Redwood City and I would like to say that if you have this health provider this group you should do everything in your power to get out of it. Meaghan told me that there was nothing they could do for me and that I should learn to live with my pain. I transferred over to a different health care facility and I’m feeling a lot better now that I had my spinal stenosis and pinched nerves properly treated with a fusion by UCSF. I am beyond angry at these people for treating me like I had some kind of mental problem when I was in pain I couldn’t move my arms and and by the time I finally got to Dr. Bobby Tay in San Francisco I couldn’t bend over because I was losing blood flow to my head. To make matters worse I spent seven years in pain they refused me any pain relief whatsoever except for some acupuncture and bogus “pain management” prayer class as if I was some drug addicted mental patient. I seriously have nothing kind to say about this institution and Meaghan and a pox be upon them. I honestly do not know how this doctor can sleep at night.
