This place has taken really good care of my dad. Great nurses and techs. I'm happy we have a place like this in our area.

Wonderful staff! Very friendly. They made me feel so at home and very taken care of. I spent time there after my car accident. I suffered a broken femur, broken pelvis, and broken ribs. They were always available to assist me anyway they could. The physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, techs, even the student nurses everyone there- absolutely AMAZING!! I just can’t say enough nice things. It was truly like home away from home! 😊

My low rating is for management! Good: friendly,caring and helpful staff I have not one bad thing to say in that regard. They were always caring and nice to us. Bad: The building is in desperate need of updating and repair. Dark and dirty. Unfolded linen was piled in the room chair for days until we asked for it to be removed. Dirty walls that are in need of painting and rooms that need a good cleaning. The meals were awful also. So much of the food goes back to the cafeteria uneaten. The charge for this visit was not cheap; corporate owners are not putting any profits back into upkeep of this facility obviously. If there is a future need for Rehabilitation for my Mother, it will not be in the Shoals area.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this facility. The staff is professional, well trained, and truly have a heart for the people they are serving. Progress for the patients is taken as a personal challenge to the therapists and they deliver even when they are faced with tough odds. Special thanks from our family for you all. We have grown to love many of you.

Spent two weeks here, great nursing staff....Marsha...Tracy and Sean just to name a few hope y'all are still there my mom may be spending some time there and I know she'll be in good hands...

Been in twice. There is no better place. All employees treat patients so good.
