Erin and Julie are both extremely knowledgeable. I’ve had some numbness and tingly that no test could figure out, and they have been able to help me understand what is going on. Erin’s knowledge on working with a reformer is so impressive. I thought I understood how my body was aligned, but the reformer told on me. Erin helped me understand how certain adjustments will fix issues. I am seeing results and am excited to continue working with them both.

I've now done the Beginner and Intermediate Group Pilates, both AWESOME! Erin is truly amazing at what she does. I had recently had an abdominal injury that had made me nervous to do too much core work. With Erin’s guidance, I have been able to start rebuilding core strength, while feeling safe and secure. She really is able to take the time to focus on each individual's form and needs due to the intimacy of the small group size. Unlike any pilates experience I’ve ever had, 100/10!

Julie and her colleagues really know how to work on difficult/complicated cases to provide relief! I wish I had done this years ago! I have worked with Julie before and after total hip replacement, and she and Erin are both very knowledgeable and use a variety of modalities. They use a lot of hands-on techniques including scar and fascia release which I have found extremely therapeutic. I found her so helpful that I also brought my teenaged cross country running son to her for some foot issues --she gave him challenging exercises designed to retrain and improve his running form as well as release tissues that have been restricted for a long time due to the way he had been compensating. The hours and availability are quite challenging for working families but I have found it worth it to rearrange my schedule!

I had my first session with Julie today and she was absolutely amazing! I learned so much in the time we had together and I’m excited to start practicing on my own and start feeling better. I’m 31 weeks pregnant and have been dealing with a lot of pubic pain. Julie is extremely knowledgeable about all things pelvic floor. She made me feel so comfortable and I’m excited to see the progress I can make with improving my pain for the rest of my pregnancy.

My workout routine was getting stale and an hour of pilates each of the last few weeks have me feeling stronger, more flexible and more inspired to work out at home! Julie does an awesome job showing you breathing exercises to enhance your pelvic floor. I also love how she includes Pilates moves that incorporate exercises that I was also doing for a knee issue. She made my excrcises more effective. She is very knowledgeable and is great to work with.
