Julia Temple Outpatient Services

I guess posting a review is the only way to communicate with Julia Temple as they don't answer their phone during normal business hours. My mother was admitted here a little over a week ago to rehab after braking her femur. During her stay she's had a call button that doesn't work, been ignored by staff, not taken to the cafeteria for dinner while being ignored by staff yet again, not given her medications. The one that REALLY upsets me is when she had an accident and the aid refused to change her bedding and made my mother lay in the filth all night. Obviously this facility only cares about getting the payment from her insurance and doesn't care how their elderly patients who are recovering from a traumatic experience are treated. I have been trying to contact the facility for days now to no avail. I will be contacting the state and reporting your neglect and abuse. Anyone who happens to see this review, I beg you not to send your loved one here. No one, especially the elderly should be treated the way my mother has by this "healthcare" center.

Do not send your loved ones here!! This nightmare facility is dirty, understaffed, televisions don't work, no activities program. I talked to my caseworker and removed my mother early and had Rehabilitation come to my home. Do not send your loved ones here

Very nice operation, my friend is not there long, but my visit went well

Lukas has been helping me for several years to recover from multiple sports injuries, lower back and hip surgeries. I have always made fast and full recoveries with no issue returning to sport. This clinic has provided an intimate 1 on 1 setting with the PT which has been great and allowed for open dialogue and a range of treatment approaches. Would recommend.

My father was at Julia Temple Rehab for 2 weeks and came home worse than we he went in. He was so exhausted and I could not see any signs of improvement. My father was released on March 17th and passed away on March 25th.

I had physical therapy on my ankle and this place was great. I couldn’t believe how much better my ankle felt after my first appointment. I highly recommend them for all your therapy needs!

Julia temple is a very good place to work is nice come peace full and very lovely (come and see it is a pleasant place to live or work)
