From the moment my mother was admitted here for rehab, after a lengthy stay at the hospital, it felt so welcoming and comfortable. Everyone we have met since being here have been so nice, friendly and has given us all the info we need! We have been given a plan of action and itinerary and goals. The food here is even 5 stars! Mom was at another place that never checked on her, lied to us and had No communication! I am so glad Julia Manor was available for us, they really do care! I have met many other residents and they are happy and enjoy being here! I recommend this place for any loved one that needs it, 💯!

We just moved my grandma into this facility this week and so far everything is going fantastic. She is getting good food, the nurses are checking on her constantly, and they have a solid care plan in place for her that they have shared with us. The room is clean with a good view and they have activities to do once grandma can walk again. One of the staff even told us she will bring in her cat for my gma just because my gma loves cats.

My dad was under hospice care at Julia Manor for 2 weeks before his passing. The staff on the second floor west wing, led by Tammie Thomas, gave exceptional care not only to Dad but to our entire family. My mom and myself were there every day for hours so we saw first hand the compassion of his care team. It was a difficult decision to place Dad in a nursing home for his final days but Julia Manor provided the around the clock care that we could not give. I am grateful for all the kindnesses, compassion, and support that Dad and our family received from these caring individuals. Tammie is an exceptional leader and her staff are a credit to their professions.

My grandma was here for 3 1/2 years. It was very difficult decision to put her in a nursing home for our family. The staff took great care of her over the years. My mom was there daily as well as I was there multiple times a week and we always felt welcomed and became to know the staff well. They always kept us informed. A little over 2 months ago my grandma really started to decline and hospice was recommended. They helped facilitate that process. They went above and beyond in helping us during the most difficult 2 weeks of watching my grandma going down hill as she was dying. We can’t thank them enough for their expertise, care, kindness, and support. My mom and I are very thankful for all that the staff did during that time and over the years. We want to especially extend our gratitude to Deb, Tammy, Lori, Jared, Amy, Emily, Alex, and Nancy.

Our family cannot express enough how much we appreciate the Administrative Staff, nurses, assistants and physical therapy staff at Julia Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. We had expected our Mother’s stay to be long term but with the care and compassion of the entire staff we were able to take our Mother home. During her stay she made many new friends and will certainly miss each of them. Thank you Julia Manor for everything you have done to allow us to give our Mother her wish —- the enjoyment and comfort of her easy chair in her home.

Writing this on behalf of my mom: "My husband was placed at Julia Manor's Rehabilitation Center between hospital visits four weeks ago. The care he received was the best. From the Administrative Team, to the nurses, to CBA's and housekeeping. I felt comfortable staying with my husband part of the day and early evening, knowing he would be taken care of at night while I was away. The room was clean and well kept. Thank you Julia Manor. -Diane D."

My mom had gone in for rehab but unfortunately, it became long term. My sisters and I have so very much respect and gratitude for the employees. Our mom very much liked it there and loved everyone that cared for her. It wasn't easy for us to think of our mom living her remaining years in a nursing home but the fact that she liked it helped us tremendously. We, as her family visited her daily and on weekends, I often visited multiple times a day, and grew to know her caregivers. Sadly our mom passed after 3 months from her chronic conditions. To everyone At Julia Manor, we are forever indebted to you for the care you gave to our mom.
