Had a great experience at Dr. Galvez's office. His support staff were all pleasant, professional and accommodating. Dr. Galvez and as much time with me to go over my issues and I'm very happy with the result. Maybe I'll be playing tennis again soon…

Injured my knee playing tennis, went online that same day to Dr. Galvez site to request an appointment and received a call from his office the very next morning. Talk about customer service and a prompt response - that's never happened before. His office gave me an appointment for the next morning. Absolute professionalism and courtesy was displayed by all. I would highly recommend Dr. Galvez and his staff for your orthopedic needs. Wayne

I don't have a degree in medicine so I can't honestly evaluate the care or diagnosis I received from Dr Galvez, although I wondered if it was entirely thorough overall since I had 3 issues and he said he would only address 2 at each visit so I would have to come back and pay a co-pay again. I am scheduled for a follow-up in 4 weeks but I am going to cancel it and find another doctor because the staff was so unprofessional toward me as to be downright creepy and massively disrespectful. What happened is that I banged my head very hard on the doorknob in the waiting room because the chair was set too close to it. I was in quite a bit of pain so I asked for ice to prevent swelling as I had recently had severe head trauma from a fall. They said they didn't have any ice or compresses. The pain did not subside and so out of fear of swelling, I went into each doctor's office on the floor asking for a few ice cubes and one office was closed but they were very nice and unlocked the door, went back in, and brought me out ice wrapped in paper towels. I went back to Dr Galvez' office with the ice and I complained to Dr Galvez about his uncaring staff. He was definitely concerned, but made excuses for them saying they were new and needed to be trained. He asked me to explain what happened to the Office Manager who is responsible for training them. So first I paid the additional charge for the x-rays of my neck and arm that I had requested and then I turned to the Office Manager and awkwardly began to tell her what happened, as Dr. Galvez requested. However, she immediately cut me off and said she had already viewed the accident on the security cam footage earlier and walked away. Essentially, my review is that he might be a good doctor, I can't really tell, but his staff was so callous and disrespectful towards me I can't go back there.

Staff is great, they are very efficient and knowledgeable. Doctor was great too. I was in and out with a great plan of action for my injured elbow.

Dr Galvez is excellent. He’s friendly, caring and discusses options for treatment. He helped me with just one visit. His staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr Galvez.

he is amazing was able to see me for an emergency visit did the xray there in office as well an ultrasound was needed - we did end up doing an injection which helped to much throughout the weekend if you want a caring Dr orth sx this is your guy right here, staff is amazing super nice and attentive and funny helped keep my mind off the shot lol

I started seeing Dr. Galvez when my PCP referred me to him. If you are looking for a doctor to treat your orthopedic needs or injury from any kind of sports, Dr. Galvez is the one. He does not rush and gives you attention so that you feel as though you are the only patient in the office. He is very thorough and leaves no stone unturned. He continues to impress me with each visit. Being someone in the medical field, I know what to look for and he’s got it. LET ME NOT FORGET TO TELL YOU..HE WASHES HIS HANDS AFTER TOUCHING EACH PATIENT. Definitely a top notch professional. His medical assistants are also definitely the best. Ceci held my hand and soothed me when I had to get a very painful injection. Happy I have access to them.

Best experience with Dr. Galvez and staff from the moment I walked in to his office. The staff were very friendly and efficient. I was seen almost immediately. I came in for a shoulder pain. He took his time asking questions and in examining me. He X-ray my shoulder on site and gave me a few options for treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Galvez.
