They have everything you "need" working out and a few of the frills too! We specifically use this gym because they have a room with a TV/DVD combo for the kids to watch. The room has a huge glass front so I can see exactly what my kids are up to at any given moment. They also offer classes and family rates.

Soap was out in the ladies room and some one had spilled something on the treadmill I was on
