This is by far the best Chiropractor I’ve ever had. The care and services provided are unmatched by all the other providers in the area. This guy literally has his own XRay machine in his office for crying out loud. My last place kept shuffling me around different offices for scans and treatments, but not here. This is a one stop shop for all body pain.

This facility ripped me off and would have continued to do so had I not done a little research. My insurance covers chiropractic services with a pretty nice low copay. I was aware of this but had not gone into the details of how it worked exactly when I went in for my first visit. That first visit ended up being four times the cost of my copay. 'That's fine,' I told myself, 'it's the first visit, he did xrays, they have to charge a little more, I get it.' However at the end of this visit the receptionist tells me the doctor recommends I come in once a week. When I ask how much those visits will be, it's again four times the cost of my copay. So I make an appointment for a month out and go about contacting my insurance provider to get some clarification here. I learn that indeed the copay is all I should be paying so I call the office just to further inquire about the charges of my next appointment. They again tell me the higher price and tell me it is because I have a high deductible and since they will not be paid out by the insurance company until my deductible is met that I will be considered a cash customer until then. So at this point I go back to my insurance provider and ask them if this sounds correct under my plan. They inform me this information is false. I'm not sure if there's confusion happening somewhere that's causing this misinformation or if this office is just hoping most people will go along without question. Needless to say, all this might have been worth it if my visit had felt satisfying at all but it felt more like they were shuffling me around, doing very minimal work, and going through the motions to get me to come back on a weekly basis. The sharp pain in my shoulder that I went in for has been worse since this visit.

Dr. Kim is very friendly, willing to listen and answer any questions I have, takes plenty of time to make sure I understand my condition. The clinic is neat clean and warm environment.
