I cannot recommend this surgeon enough. Dr. Payne was always willing to listen and was active in his response to my injury. He was always on time for my appointments, but still took the time to listen and not make me feel rushed. I had shoulder surgery in late August and am finally on the road to recovery. There was very little pain or swelling after the procedure and virtually none now several weeks out. I am able to finally lift my arm again! I was also really happy that there is very little scarring and the incision marks are minimal. I would highly recommend Dr. Payne and his team to anyone considering orthopedic surgery.

I can’t recommend Dr. Payne & his team more! He replaced both of my hips within a 2 month period and I am completely pain free now. I’m only 34 yo and I was fearful going into these procedures, but Dr. Payne & his team made me feel like I was in the best hands the entire way. I highly recommend this team as someone that has seen countless ortho’s throughout my life. I’m feeling grateful for this new, pain free life ahead of me. Thank you Dr. Payne!

Dr. Payne did 2 total hip replacements for me and both went amazingly well. I was very well prepared going into surgery and care afterwards was great, including the team scheduling my in-home and outpatient physical therapy appointments. He is great to talk to about your objectives for surgery, which for me was returning to the competitive dance floor as I near 70! Thanks Dr. Payne and staff!

Dr. Payne is a great doctor. Every appointment was on time. He explained my procedure in detail and made it a great experience. I was up and moving easier than before the surgery.

Dr. Payne has a wonderful bedside manner. He is knowledgeable courteous, he takes his time with you as a patient answers your questions and actually listens to you. I feel like I am in very well, capable hands.

I have been with Dr. Payne for several years. It took me consistently asking for test to finally figure out my ACL had raptured after being told for over a year nothing was wrong. To then being told, "I wasnt expecting that." The level of customer service and professionalism from this office is subpar. The final staw was being at my appointment on time and waiting well over my appointment time because another patient with an appointment an hour past mine, with no significant emergency other than his spouses appointment ended earlier and wanted to be seen. Apparently that was granted during MY appointment. No telling when I would have been seen as it was apparent my scheduled appointment was merely a suggestion. I walked out after 30 minutes waiting in the room to be seen. I would never use this practice again and definitely wouldn't Subject anyone I know to go here. This whole process has been over three years because I couldn't get the proper tereatment, without insisting they be done. Then to be subjected to this type of treatment, sad.

I recently had to have a great deal of work done to my right shoulder. Repairing bicep and rotator cuff along with tendon and ligament repair. Wonderful bedside manner. He took the time necessary to ensure I understood what Was necessary to repair my damaged shoulder and offered several surgical Solutions. I’m very thankful Dr. Payne and his team performed my surgery and are monitoring my recovery. I had a great deal of damage in my shoulder and at week seven Post surgery I am progressing nicely.
