I'm a huge fan of Michelle and her Pilates classes. As a client for over 2 1/2 years, I've enjoyed the flexibility she offers with virtual mat classes and in person sessions. Her extensive education and professional experience as a Pilates Instructor and a Physical Therapist provide a strong foundation for her work with patients and customers of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. I most appreciate her educational approach to instruction which allow clients to understand "the why" behind what's being taught.

I went to Michelle Harris with a deteriorating knee in the hope of extending my cycling season and forestalling knee replacement. Fortunately Michelle is not only an exceptional PT but also an avid cyclist. She played the largest role in both objectives. I'm now confident I will be able to complete the planned events of this year, and I am hopeful I will have a lot more time before facing the inevitable knee replacement. Excellent results, very grateful, I highly recommend.

After seeing Michelle Harris six times my costocondritis was cured. I suffered for one year before I was referred to Ms. Harris. She was a delight to work with. I highly recommend her.

I think I need a full book to write how much has Michelle been helping my husband and I over the years. I have known Michelle over a decade, before she decided to become independent. She is an amazing physical therapist. I think she knows my body better than I do. When I get a new injury (yes, I tend to do that from time to time), she explains things perfectly. Her knowledge of anatomy and function of the human body is incredible. She keeps me moving and pain free. I have to add that her Pilates classes are always challenging, she knows how to push your limits without getting you injured. If I could give her a hundred stars I would!

Michelle is an exceptional professional who goes beyond traditional Pilates workouts. With her background in Physical Therapy and Pilates education, she customizes sessions to suit individual needs. Thanks to her expertise, I've not only strengthened supporting muscles but also learned to understand and care for my body better, preventing major flare-ups. Michelle's warmth and kindness make sessions even more enjoyable. She truly deserves 10 stars!

Michelle was the second PT I saw while working on a shoulder injury and truly a pro to work with. I loved how attentive and responsive she was during all our appointments. The number of modalities she brings is impressive: dry needling, pilates, mobilization/massage, exercises, etc. She was clear and very helpful, and communicated well with both me and my orthopedist. I appreciated how flexible she was about working with me on scheduling. And while it took longer than I'd hoped (no fault of hers), my shoulder is back to functional. Highly recommend!

I had great results with the gentle and careful approach to physical therapy from Michelle. I especially appreciate the education about the physiology and healing of my injury, and how to prevent problems from recurring.
