I met with Dr Johnston and his staff who were a pleasure to work. Dr Johnston was very thorough, professional. He explained what was going on with my issues and went over my MRI with me to determine a proper treatment plan. I started his treatment plan and pretty quickly felt signs of relief. Within a short time had no pain or symptoms. His staff was extremely professional kind and friendly. I would highly recommend Johnson Spinal Care to anyone who has a problem and who wants to avoid dangerous prescription drug Or complicated surgeries that have no guarantees or could complicate the issue and are very costly. My daughter hurt her neck, very badly, a couple of years ago and had to drop out of college for a semester because it was so bad. We took her to Dr. Johnston and the Spinal Decompression cured her completely. After two years, she is still 100% cured and she is very close to graduating from Embry Riddle. In March, my 90 year old mother came to live with us and had fallen a few months earlier, and hurt her back and leg. Suddenly I found myself not able to walk or dress myself, with a terrible case of sciatica. I have never had any serious or chronic issues with my back before. This was a shock to say the least when I had my MRI to find I had three moderately bulging discs. 2 Dr’s told me I needed to speak and consult with a surgeon. I was devastated. Then I made an appointment with Dr. Johnston who calmly told me there was no need for surgery and that he highly recommended the decompression therapy. I am back to being active and pain free. I started having pain in my left hip six months ago. I went to an orthopedic doctor who after ordering an MRI, determined that I needed two steroid shots in my lower back. I had the shots and they didn't do any good. I returned for two more shots, which also did no good. I was told that my next step would be surgery. A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Johnston, and after reviewing my MRI, he said that I was a good candidate for spinal decompression. He said I would need 30 sessions. My pain got so bad that I ended up in a wheelchair, and then a walker for about six weeks. After receiving about 12 treatments, I am now walking without any assistance. Dr. Johnston and his staff, Nicole, Laura, and Sol are very compassionate, and I highly recommend them.

Dr. Johnston and his amazing staff have changed my life! I had been undergoing pain management therapy, including multiple epidural injections, pressure point injections and physical therapy for severe lower back pain and numbness in the extremities. These treatments provided short-term relief but did not actually treat the issues. On my initial appointment, Dr. Johnston reviewed all my x-rays and MRIs with me, explaining the physiologic causes and effects and offered his expertise to treat the condition rather than the symptoms. I immediately began treatment, including stretching exercises he prescribed for daily home therapy. It has been one month since I started seeing him and the improvement has been life changing. I am able to stand erect and walk with confidence that I won’t fall because the numbness in my legs is completely gone. The lower back pain which was in the 8-10 range daily, is now a 2-3.
