Giving it a low rating because of how I was treated by nurses when I was in labor with my daughter(first child so I didn’t know what was going on much). I asked my nurse who was on night shift to explain a little more to me on what was going on, they did not hook any monitors to me the whole time. They didn’t check how dilated I was for almost 4 hours and when they checked I was fully dilated and was told I couldn’t get the epidural now but I insisted and got the epidural. I’m giving it two stars though because my OBGYN(dr.case) was the most nice and helpful people there when she got there at about 1:30am and stayed in the room with me until i delivered my daughter.

Zero stars. We came in the emergancy room for my mother having got hit in the eye with a piece of wood for our wood furnace. She was bleeding tears of blood. They did a black light test and saw she had a huge Lance across her eye. No treatment was prescribed and we left into the parking lot she pulled an inch long wood spinter out of her own eyelid. Zero stars to this hospital. The doctor was lazy and unaccommodating. Zero stars.

I went in yesterday due to stomach cramping in lower pelvic area and up the left side I’ve had diverticulitis before so told them that….. I wasn’t given any pain meds and they asked me how much pain I was in from 1-10 I said 10 when my stomach was having a spasm…. The doctor came in maybe 2-3 hours talking about one of my last visits when I had a really bad panic attack I told him this wasn’t a panic attack that I have been cramping since the day before and it hadn’t went away he never examined me he said I can order u a cat scan would that make me feel more comfortable WTH doing ur job would make me feel more comfortable he never came back I was discharged without seeing my doctor with paperwork saying I had diverticulitis and 2 prescriptions one for the muscle spasms and a antibiotic…. I wasn’t even told anything about my lab work this hospital needs to take their patients more seriously

My friend was having a heart attack and I went back to see what was taking them so long to come get him. Was told they where eating and when they where done they will come get him. It was 38 minutes later. I keep him alive. When they did they kicked me out and called the cops on me . So i had to get my friend so she could go i and check on him. She said that they were on their phones .So I was told if I ever have to go to the hospital they will not see me.

Took 6 hours for maybe a 1 or 2 hour visit spent 2 hours straight without seeing a soul. Multiple problems from a single visit including bad attitudes from 2 of the people and also being told tests came back negative and our pediatrician in Russellville calling us a couple days later asking about what medication we were using because turns out the tests weren’t negative and Johnson county never called or anything to tell us differently. Also Was told while Leaving that complaint forms weren’t available at the time.

For a small Hospital they do a great job! Most of the time everyone is friendly. It's a lot of responsibility and hard work. God bless them all
