This disgusting and dingy place has the staff to match. I told my employer’s nurse that I’ll never step foot into this dump again. And that they need to find a better provider to administer the Oasha tests. The PA was particularly incompetent. Never again.

The receptionist/nurse is very condescending and makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing her by being there. During my first visit she made me feel like I was overreacting and had no reason to be there. I didn’t want to go back.

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. If you know what you are there for they will take care of you as fast as possible.

Horrible service, horrible setup. They make seem like you shouldn't be there.
