I’ve been going to Doc Brock for over 4 years now. I have been to many chiropractors over the years, all great, so I have high expectations of my providers. Dr. Johnson far exceeds all of those expectations! He is kind and caring, professional, and also has a great sense of humor! I’ve since moved to Springdale and will still make the drive to see Brock and his awesome staff. If you’re looking for a chiropractor, I urge you to go to Johnson Chiropractic. He’s simply the best 😊

Dr. Johnson is wonderful! I always leave feeling very refreshed. My adjustments help my migraines so much! Lexi is super passionate about her job at the center and is a great addition to the staff! Lisa and Wendy are great massage therapists and Lisa is always able to get out any knots or tight muscles in my back! Can’t recommend Dr. Johnson enough! The care I receive is exceptional.

The best in business. The doctor is personable and fun to be around but also extremely knowledgeable and professional. It’s a single practitioner business, and you can tell he knows and truly cares for each patient in terms of their individual needs and treatment. Very affordable, the receptionist is always kind and considerate, and you feel like a welcomed priority every visit. 10 stars.

I've been to several chiropractors for chronic pain with my shoulder, and overall pain everywhere else. My husband and I are very specific, and we enjoy details to understand (at least on a basis level) what the complication is, what we can do to fix it, and how to prevent it in the future. While doing this, we are learning our bodies and what we are capable of. We got referred to Dr. Johnson from a fellow co-worker. As hesitant as we we're to try another chiropractor, we decided to to give him a shot. Upon our first appointment, he spent well over the amount of time than he had to, explaining what was going on, how we could fix it, and what the price would be. He was incredibly respectful, professional, and informative. He has profound bedside manner, and we have decided that he is the chiropractor for us. I always have so many questions for him, and he is always pleased to go above and beyond to help me understand. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson for your chiropractic needs; he's not just a wonderful chiropractor, his character is memorable. Also, his clinic is exceptionally clean, neat and smells nice. Both of his receptionists are respectful and professional as well.

I am not at all surprised that Dr Johnson has a 5.0 after more than a hundred reviews. I'm certain that if every single person he sees left a review, he'd still have 5.0 on every single review. I don't trust other chiropractors. But Dr Johnson is an amazing and honest person who truly desires to help people feel better and be as healthy as possible. He truly cares about every single person that walks through his doors, we're not just a chart number. If the truth was known, he probably cares equally about even those that he has never seen or met. Then he chose Lexi to be his right hand! She's just as amazing and cares just as much as he does. They are an excellent team. Between the two of them, even my agoraphobia doesn't trigger. They are my lifeline. There just aren't enough words to describe how amazing and wonderful they both are. I am truly beyond blessed to have met them!

Dr. Johnson has been an absolute lifesaver for me over the years! He’s able to identify trouble areas quickly and not only provide chiropractic care but stretches and strengthening exercises that actually help you to improve! He’s extremely personable and is able to effectively communicate your diagnosis and care plan in a way that is easy to understand and follow. I recommend him to everyone I think would benefit from his services as my physical health has greatly improved with his care!

Johnson Chiropractic has been an absolute life saver for me. I do a pretty labor-intensive job where I’m standing on my feet all day, so weekly chiropractic visits are a must have. Their space is beautiful and Dr. Johnson and Lexi are genuinely lovely human beings. I recommend it to literally everyone (I mean, for real—I’m a hairstylist, you know how chatty we are!) and I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my care.

Dr. Johnson & Lexi are INCREDIBLY nice. I am always greeted as soon as I walk in the door and they are genuinely happy to see you. Dr. Johnson is very knowledgeable and always keeps you in the loop of the “why” during his treatments. Has helped my lower back back immensely since starting treatment!
