I had the pleasure of working with Sharon at Johnson and Hayes, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her expertise and approach to physical therapy. Great location in Madison with excellent care. Therapist are conscientious and welled trained. Clean and modern facility with roomy areas for therapy treatments. So many PT options in the area; if you are looking for easy access, flat parking and no steps this is the one to select.

I have known the two owners for more than 35 years and they only hire the best therapists. I have received great results on alleviating my shoulder pain. My main therapist is Susan at the Madison branch and she does a great job and is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Miller and Katlynne are also great therapists. Andrew, an aide, is a great guy and so is Jenna, the receptionist. I don't think you will regret picking J&H for your therapy needs.

I had a friend tell me Selea was an amazing PT, so prior my total knee replacement I met with her to discuss the PT plan and my goals. I’m grateful to say that I’m further along with my PT than most. Selea does a great job guiding you through the exercises needed to met your goals and get you back to 100% as quickly as possible. Besides being an amazing PT, she’s one of the sweetest and kindest people I’ve met. 5 stars isn’t enough to sing her praises.

The care I received for hip pain enabled me to sleep on my sides without pain. Definitely recommend Johnson & Hayes and their knowledgeable therapists.

Wonderful. Extremely pleasant and helpful employees. I am very pleased and happy with my Physical Therapist. She is very helpful, patient, professional and I feel fortunate to be working with her. She has already helped me in many ways with my confidence level of accomplishing my goals. I feel I am improving daily with my balance because of her.

I've been here for two separate rounds of PT. The entire staff here is not only professional, they are empathetic. They genuinely care about each & every patient that come to them, & it shows. I HIGLY recommend them for any of your get-back-to-human needs. They see people every day who are in literal, physical pain, & it doesn't phase them. Rather, they view injury as an opportunity for healing, that they gladly provide. 10/10!!
