Love this place!! You will not be disappointed. Raul is great with my 7 year old duaghter. He explains and demonstrates things in a way that is easy for her to understand and apply. He's so patient and really cares about each student. He makes learning jiujitsu fun and rewarding for her and the other kids and at the same time making sure they are learning discipline, respect for themselves and others and of course self-defense. He takes the time to make sure each kid is developing. We'll be here for many years to come. Love being part of the jiujitsu therapy family!

Hands down the best school in the Santa Cruz and Watsonville area. This is a great school for all levels. The head instructor Raul Quintero is very knowledgeable and has a great teaching method. He is also an avid competitor who’s passioned about jiu Jitsu. The school is only good vibes, and I strongly recommend Jiu Jitsu Therapy for anyone looking to get mentally and physically strong while learning selfdefense. The Jiu Jitsu here is top notch!

The adult class was great! I had fun & learned a lot in just one session. My professor, Raul Quintero, was very easy to talk to & I was able to understand proper and improper technique based off his demonstrations. The gym is very clean & organized, and the people were very welcoming. I highly recommend Jiu Jitsu Therapy if you are looking to train!

More than a professional and expert Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy, Raul and Adrianna have created an environment where children AND adults are challenged and guided towards martial arts mastery. Watch a kids class and feel the energy and teamwork as today’s youth are molded into strong and sensitive human beings. Watch a local tournament and it becomes clear that Jiu Jitsu Therapy is a formula for success. I am very happy my kids have Raul as an instructor.

My daughter loves going! She has learned so much here. Not only is she developing her jiujitsu skills but as well as respect, patience, kindness, compassion, confidence i could go on and on. One of the best decision i have made for her. Everyone is so great and friendly. Not only are Raul and Adriana the BEST but so are all the teachers. By far the best jiujitsu around.
