Mike, his MA's, and the office staff are all very friendly, helpful, capable, and attentive. Could not recommend more highly. Clean, modern facility and equipment.

Absolutely phenomenal!! All of the staff is extremely considerate and helpful. The physical therapists really worked with you and didn’t feel rushed at all. The physical therapy aids are also very kind, attentive, and answer any questions you may have. Everyone really takes their time with you and even though they are very busy, nothing feels rushed. I also appreciated the lockers they provide for you to put your stuff into while you do your exercises so you don’t have to worry about your stuff. I absolutely recommend this place!!

I am a returning patient. I have been to other places in Fresno but nothing compares to this place. I am not left alone wondering what is my next. Jimenez is prompt to assist you. Your not just waiting around to get assisted. I love this place due to my own experience and love it. I will be coming if I need to. But this is my #1 place and always will be. I and so grateful for everyone at Jimenez Physical Therapy! Every single person there was caring, efficient , professional, accommodating and helpful. It is a rare thing to experience absolutely no problems over 12 visits! I want to thank everyone there for my speedy recover! I will try not to need PT services again, but if I do - you can be sure I will go to Jiminez Physical Therapy!

From the front desk to the physical therapist- everyone is great to deal with . Friendly atmosphere, and great location. Staff is attentive as soon as you walk in the door. Physical therapist does not rush through the procedure.

Was referred by my doctor. It was the worst experience ever. Was given a girl to help me with my exercise, but instead she was flirting with her coworker the whole time. The front desk receptionist was very rude. I should have left then but I was in to much pain, so I decided to try it. Never again. They also kept changing the price they said $70 a visit and was later charged over $200 for that first visit and I got stuck paying the new higher amount. I called to ask why the change in amount, they didn't wanna speak to me and told me to call billing department and then hanged up on me.

My doctor referred me to Jimenez Physical Therapy following a foot injury. I learned my foot was broken and the ortho doc said no PT for several months. Contacted Jimenez PT to advise but was charged $40. I've never been there!!!!! I've never seen anyone. Dishonest business.
