They therapist here are amazing! The atmosphere is so warm and friendly. My mom actually had a seizure, very hard to detect, nothing like you imagine a seizure to be, and her therapist walked us to the ER for a CAT scan and came back several times to check on her! Mitchell and both Kayleighs are so kind and patient, like all of the staff here! I work in this industry and I’ve seen the good, bad, and the ugly and this is the absolute best place you could ever be!
I gave a good review on a survey they had sent on a link, I don't like to text too much because I have more problems than just the hips they are working on. The physical therapist Baylor acted unprofessional after I submitted my survey, I have Cerebral Palsy, Congenital Mirror Hand Movement Disorder, Arthritis almost everywhere including my hands and hips, and he makes me do all the physical exercises without making me stretch like he usually does. My leg muscles are so sore, I can't get out of bed without crying, and I have to get up to let my puppy outside to potty.
During cancer treatment, I broke my leg. I started there in Yukon and things were good until they got me a new physical therapist. She was often late or once a no-show and finally, I was written off the schedule! I am so glad because I went to Yukon Wound Care and Rehab and immediately it was discovered another problem and now for the first time in 8 years, I am walking pain free. It wouldn't have happened if I hadn't been taken off the schedule at Jim Thorpe! I have found a new PT place. I contacted the company and never got a response.
Rn tecks and Dr's all very concerned considerate and caring. Single rooms+ bathrooms
I highly recommend this facility if you are ever in need of PT. The staff is phenomenal and made me feel so comfortable when I was super uneasy and uncertain of therapy. David and Kevin are absolutely amazing!!!
This is my 3rd time coming for various treatment. They are nice and challenge me. The staff have always been easy to work with. I recommend.
