Jeter Therapy Group

We were told we would have the same therapist we were introduced to and it ended up being a revolving door of therapists. They did a decent job and I would give a higher rating if their office manager and admins weren't so poor at their jobs. They informed us halfway into a new year that our insurance had changed and they didn't tell us. Our visits co-pays supposedly quadrupled in price but we weren't informed until after we supposedly owed them thousands of dollars. I reached out to them to make an arrangement even though it was the fault of whoever does their billing and they wouldn't work with us. If you value your time and mo ey and want to deal with honest people I would recommend finding someone else for your therapy needs. You just lied in your response. My wife and I reached out to as soon as we found out and attempted to settle it and your office manager refused. You people are obviously not honest and quite flexible morally.

My 2 year old has had a few visits and already we are seeing progress! He’s gaining confidence and starting to say a few words. He adores Dana and gets so excited for every session! 10/10 will recommend!

We had an absolute amazing experience, my son was seen at four months for food therapy because we could not get him to eat a bottle. Dana pointed out right away that he had a lip tie and pointed us in the right direction on who could remove it for us. Until we could get it removed she gave us great exercises to help him with feeding and was so easy to reach if we had any questions or concerns. Every appointment was amazing and we were always walking away with great tools and having huge success, we are now five and a half months, have had the tie removed, and eating like a champ all thanks to Dana!

Jeter therapy is one of the greatest places to get good therapy. I love everyone that works with my son Lukas Mills. He loves all the ladies that helps him with his needs!

We love Jeter Therapy. They have helped my son tremendously with speech and regulation. I truly feel I have a partnership with them regarding his care and they are always willing to help with anything he needs. They see so many patients, but they don’t let that show. I highly recommend Jeter’s Speech Pathology. The environment is very friendly and professional. My daughter has been receiving services for 3 months and I see a huge improvement with her articulation. My daughter absolutely adores the new intern Kiah Thompson. Kiah works extremely well with children and has amazing work ethics. Kiah goes up and beyond to help us. She is a fountain of knowledge and truly wants to make an impact in the youth. I believe Jeter’s Therapy Group is dedicated to enriching our community!!

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Jeter and Jeter Therapy Group. Not only did she help me achieve my therapy goals, working with her helped me realize some additional care I needed regarding related health issues, and going forward with these led to a holistic approach to my issues. I also want to thank Dr. Jeter and staff for making me feel safe and welcome as a trans person, and for using my chosen name. Also, I was able to see Dr. Jeter virtually through Telehealth for almost all of my appointments, which made it accessible as someone who lives in a rural area hours from Shreveport. I highly recommend Dr Jeter to anyone seeking speech therapy for any reason, for her expertise, her kind and considerate manner, and thorough approach.
