I have been a patient of Dr. Valencia since 2007...various injuries to my neck/back/shoulders/hip...and I can highly recommend him and his staff. Whereas some have painted him as "rude", I prefer to view his manner as "direct" as he cares about healing and won't sugar coat things for a patient. Simply put, if you are looking to be coddled...perhaps you should try out other providers. If you want to get effective treatment...come here and let the team do their job of healing you! Dr. Volkert knows what is going on in regard to physical therapy as well. Both doctors continually work to learn new techniques and therapies to give the best treatment in a small, non-corporate treatment center. The atmosphere is laid back and is very close to my home. Win-Win!!!
