Dr Jacobs was a complete professional throughout my entire experience. I thought I needed additional therapies but Dr Jacobs showed me a path to a much faster recovery and I can’t thank him enough. I’m so thankful I didn’t choose any of the other doctors that were just in it to make some extra money.

I had my left foot amputated recently. I was transferred to this facility in Jacob's care. Met the doctor he was willing to help me with my disability but OMG did he ever lied. After being discharged within 2 weeks he went back on his words. Dr. Jacob refused to write a prescription to get a Power scooter due to his personal opinion "he wants a better life for me" I have severe diabetes chronic pain .I even fell in therapy. In his personal opinion isn't required it's the medical aspect the facts of my life. I reported this matter to administrators. No wants to help . The only great experience about this place are the nurses and patient care techs. He is a liar with a god like character

Doctor Jacobs is an amazing Doctor, he always was my husband wingman's during more than 6 years. My husband passed away after many battles. Appreciate it. Yosmira Lezama
