It's been very interesting learning about my body through Jennifer. Accidents and surgeries that have happened throughout my life and how they have recently manifest themselves. Jennifer has explored the nerves, muscles, tendons and scar tissue and through physical therapy, drilling down to core issues that are delivering pain relief and increasing range of motion.
