The personnel, atmosphere, and equipment are all of the highest caliber. It is a pleasant and inviting setting that values knowledge and skill.

Well put together, well organized. Lots of treadmills lots of well maintained machines. Only issue (for me, because i lift for strength not physique) is that the weight plate selection is very limited. Dumbbells only go up to 50lbs. But if you use the machines it more than makes up for the lack of heavy objects in the building. Staff is friendly, lots of room, and most attendees have good gym etiquette. All in all 5/5 stars. Hopefully soon they get heavier dumbbells.

Good place to work out. Professional friendly staff. Not open weekends. Lots of equipment to use.

I really love this place. Good people and equipment. Really limited hours and an unfortunate push from some people to make it only for patients and staff of the hospital. However, I will keep going as long as they let me!

Winslow McNeil is awesome! If you ever need a little twist & shout, check him out! He has a drop table so you can feel safe in his chiropractic hands knowing you won't be man-handled or over-adjusted. Lost of tricks up his sleeves so if you want a little relief from that stubborn crick in your neck or back, check him out. You won't regret it
