They have two pools. One is a lap pool the other is a therapy pool (which is warm). They have a steam room and in the dressing room they have a Jacuzzi. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Great workout equipment.

I enjoyed the shower there, but it is always so gross! (The boogers have been on the curtain for several days). I know it’s a public gym shower, but can it please be cleaned every once in a while?

The Physical Therapy Department is outstanding. Have had to go multiple times for different issues. The therapist explains everything down to how the exercise helps your issues. They listen well and make you feel like family.

This place has been fantastic. They have allowed us to use pool for my child to continue practice for swim team without such a huge joining fee. The pool deck always clean. Front staff friendly Follow covid19 guidelines well.

I have physical and occupational therapy here from an accident. Wonderful environment and the therapist are all so nice. They work you hard...but you need to do your home exercise and you will get stronger. I had a severe shattered elbow which damaged my whole arm. I have come a long way and have a long way to go still.

Always friendly staff. We go to let the kids enjoy the indoor pool...& love that they have a hot tub to relax in after.

Great little gym with a focus on rehabilitation. All new equipment beginning in July. Nice walking track to get out of the elements. Very helpful staff, who are more than willing to share their knowledge do the equipment as well as show you proper technique.

This is a really nice place. Has alot of workout equipment. Also 2 pools, sauna and hot tub. Staff is always very nice!
