Dr. Jay was very thorough and answered all of my questions. He is very personable and has a professional yet friendly bedside manner. The treatment he offered was immediate and addressed my issues and needs completely. His staff is very friendly and supportive as swell as knowledgeable. Getting a big shot to the ankle joint was a new experience and one I feared. In all honesty, it was not very unpleasant. They went out of their way to provide the best care possible. I highly recommend Andrew's Sports Medicine and especially Dr. Jay!

Very thankful for our high school trainer and Dr Jay! Our high school trainer and Dr. Jays office got my son in quickly to the office and had him scheduled for an MRI the same day. Dr. Jay made sure to call the same day to let us know the MRI results and let us know that my son could play the next night in his first home game of his senior year.

The staff were very professional and the receptionist went above and beyond to assist me with the app. I received almost immediate relief with the injections. I’m walking easier today because of Dr Umarvadia. I will continue to use ASM for my needs. I highly recommend them.

Very knowledgeable and helped with my current problem. No other doctor would acknowledge my pain, but Doctor Jay did and hopefully on my way to recovering.

Appointment at 11am didn't get back till 1205. 1 kiosk to check in and was 4 deep. Not very organized. The Doctor however seems very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend to other to go just warn that this isn't very pleasant till you get back.

This was my first time meeting with this group and Dr. Jay was by far very outstanding. He was very nice, took time to make sure all was taken care of also.
