Janna Hacker & Associates is a wonderful therapy provider. My child has gone there for several therapies they offer and I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism and care each of the therapists provide me and my child. They are happy to answer any questions I have. Alyssa Johnson, the billing coordinator, has been the best in working with our insurance company and informing me of claims that have processed or not processed yet. She is always on top of what is going on and able to explain things I don’t understand when it comes to billing and insurance. I definitely recommend Janna Hacker & Associates.

I absolutely love Janna Hacker & Associates. My daughter has been going to speech therapy for close to 10 months now. We have her settled down with the routine with one of the speech therapists and my daughter absolutely loves her. My daughter has made so much improvement in this short amount of time. As soon as you walk in the environment is clean and friendly and everyone is so kind and polite. The Young man and the lady at the front desk are always so kind and polite. Anytime I have an issue with scheduling or payment they are more than happy to help me in any way possible. Having a child that needs speech therapy, you have to understand that it's not just a few sessions and it's fixed. It's a long process, but it is worth it. I know one day my daughter will no longer require speech therapy and I must say I'm going to miss every single person at the therapist office. My daughter who is very shy and sometimes quite on the quiet side has really come alive since she's had her appointments with her speech therapist. Thank you for all that you continue to do, and I hope other families can benefit from the wonderful services that you folks provide.

My daughter attended speech therapy here and initially, we expected about 18 months of visits; however, they did such an incredible job working with her that she was done with ST in just 6 months! I can’t even begin to describe how radical the change in her communication was with the intervention of Miss Hannah and the rest of the team there. We were so delighted with the progress that we even signed our child up for an optional summer program even after she was done with ST. Janna Hacker and Associates made an incredible difference for our daughter and for our family, and I am eternally grateful!

Very nice therapists. Punctual, though not a great experience overall due to the fact that my son spent 30 minutes with a different therapist each session. I was given paperwork and suggestions to work with him at home, though no one sat down and explained it to me. The waiting room is very overwhelming. In the end I felt it was more of a business for profit over people.

My pediatrician recommended Janna Hacker and Associates for therapy. My son went to Janna Hacker for about two years. He was in ABA, therapy classes and speech therapy. He was a very picky eater, strong willed and had trouble expressing his feelings into words. The entire team and Jana are amazing! Janna herself went above and beyond to make sure my son was receiving exactly what he needed. Sarah Beth helped us at every turn with scheduling. My son started Kindergarten this year, he received his first report card and if your a mom with a strong willed child you understand the nervousness but he is doing amazing! Janna Hacker provided the necessary speech evaluation paperwork so that the school has everything that they need to start in school sessions. I honestly can not say enough good things about this practice.

The office was very prompt at reaching out after our pediatrician sent the referral. We were able to schedule the evaluation for the following week! The entire process was a breeze. Our two year old has made huge strides in his speech development, and we can’t thank this office enough. Mary Jo, his speech therapist, makes it so fun and educational for him! She provides feedback and ways to further his progress while at home. I would highly recommend their services.

We love Janna Hacker and associates. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. My daughter sees Mia and goes running to her each week. She loves Mia! They make the evaluation process very easy and work to accommodate your schedule. We have seen a big improvement since my daughter started 6 months ago!

We love JHA! Our daughter Lily is improving, but what surprised us was how we also feel so much more supported as parents, feel more confident in raising a child with special needs, and comfortable knowing we, as parents, have such a good support team for our family through JHA. The therapists are so kind and encouraging and the scheduling so far has been supremely easy. It’s a little less flawless to “get in” but once you’re in, it’s totally worth it. 10 out of 5 stars.
