Some people give a bad reputation to a place because the front desk personnel have no customer service skills. I have been in therapy for about a month now and today they refused my entry because they didn’t received the authorization from insurance. Asked when they requested and their answer? Yesterday!!! For the record I have sixty visits per year. I had therapy in the he past on different places and this never happened before. Incompetence is something that I won’t tolerate. I’m done here.

I go to Jag in Union and I love it.. I have skeletal muscle issues including arthritis and spinal stenosis. The care is Superb..I love the staff from the secretary's to the therapists..Frank works on me before I leave.. I feel so much better after a workout and anxious for the next Session

I will preface this review with some basic information. I had two total knee replacements approx 10 months apart. The first time JAG did service my at home PT need and sent a therapist to my home for the first few sessions. At that time I would have probably provided a three or four star rating. However, after knee replacement #2 the service was absolutely horrendous. I arranged the PT prior to surgery so there would be no issue. I informed the therapist as soon as I got home so I could begin my at home PT. She came 30 minutes late the first day (she did text that she would be late). She was supposed to come the next day, she texted that she could not but would come the following day. On the following day she started texting that she didn’t know if she would make it. And at 3pm sent a text that she wasn’t coming and good luck. JAG sent no one to replace her, the response was we don’t have anyone. So, I was left to my own devices until I started outpatient PT elsewhere. Fast forward, JAG continues billing for the second visit (that never happened). I called at least 4 times to explain in detail what transpired. I offered screenshots of my texts with the therapist. I called not only the billing department but JAG as well & no one seems to want to call back or resolve anything. Today, 5 months after the no show appointment I made another attempt toward resolution and sent screenshots of text messages which clearly show the therapist telling me she was not coming and good luck. I advised the person at JAG if I didn’t hear from someone today I’d report this issue to the BBB. They clearly billed my insurance and me for an appointment they did not keep. I would not use this company for in home PT ever after this incident.

I truly appreciate the attention I received from my therapist. He was concern as I was for me to function at 100%. This is my first time getting treated at JAG but this is a facility that makes you feel welcome from the time you walk in the door.

JAGONE second to none. I did my rehab there for bilateral knee replacement and shoulder replacement. Staff is great. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Family atmosphere. I looked forward to my appointments. Couldn’t have done it without you!

I should have trust my gut feeling when I interacted with the receptionist. They were too busy laughing and joking and didn't explain what insurance Jag accepted.I gave them my primary and secondary ,she took photos and set the appt. Too my surprise I received a bill. I've had PT within the last five years the latest in 2022 at a different PT with the same insurance and was never billed. The front desk sets the tone for the company,in my opinion Jag One didn't. I was a receptionist/customer service for 30 years , I should have left and went elsewhere even on the phone the tone was not warm. The therapist were great. Actually I had to wait until they were done playing before they acknowledged me.

Everyone said I would dread going to physical therapy but while I was recovering from surgery I looked forward to going to JAG. Every visit there is multiple employees who are all aware of my issues and progress. They all listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions.

EXCELLENT CARE & ATTENTION! A FUN ENVIRONMENT FOR PATIENTS TO BE IN!!!!!!! I've been a patient there for a few years (on & off). First for herniated discs, then b4 & after bilateral hip replacement surgery. I am SO HAPPY & EXCITED to have returned to "The Energizer Bunny" I ALWAYS was!!!!
